Increase in Land Tax Threshold

For the 2003 and subsequent assessment years, the land tax threshold will be increased to $150,000.
This amendment will remove the land tax liability of land owners where the total unimproved value of all taxable land owned is less than $150,000. There is no change to the land tax rates.
